The Caucasus Front War History Museum, one of the historical structures of Kars, was converted into a museum by restoring the Kars Orthodox Church (formerly Alexander Nevski Church) built by the Russians in the 19th century. The museum displays old Ottoman and Russian military uniforms, cannons, rifles, maps and information on war strategies. The museum is open every day of the week except Mondays between 08:00 and 16:30.
