Amasra Archaeology Museum, located in Amasra, a historical and touristic district of Bartın, reveals the rich history of the region. The museum exhibits works from the Roman, Byzantine, Genoese and Ottoman periods. Many historical pieces such as sarcophagi, statues, inscriptions and glass objects reflect the cultural diversity of Amasra. You can visit this small but impressive museum every day of the week except Mondays between 08:30 and 17:30.
