Day 1

Day 1: Istanbul to Izmir - The Ancient City of Ephesus

Your journey begins early in the morning, around 05:00, with a transfer from your hotel in Istanbul to the airport. A short flight of approximately one hour will take you to Izmir, where you will be greeted by your guide and driver.

At 08:00, you will depart for the legendary ancient city of Ephesus, famous for its well-preserved ruins. Upon arrival, you will discover the highlights of Ephesus, including the impressive Library of Celsus, the vast Great Theatre, the sacred Temple of Artemis and the ornate Temple of Hadrian.

After a morning of exploring, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will continue to the tranquil House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be her final resting place. The tranquility of this site, nestled amidst lush vegetation, is truly captivating.

Before heading to your hotel in Kusadası, you will visit the picturesque village of Sirince, known for its charming narrow streets, traditional houses and opportunities to taste local wine. You will arrive at your hotel around 19:00 for dinner and accommodation.
